Pressure casting

At FPT - Fonderia Pressofusione Tapparo in the Province of Brescia, we guarantee compact metal products and geometries that are characterised by perfect linearity. We have over forty years of experience in the industrial sector.

At our die-casting foundry in Brescia, we inject a certain amount of molten metal into steel molds. This type of processing is nothing more than melting under pressure, since the liquefied metal is pressed until it becomes solid again.

Hot or cold chamber casting

Two types of die casting are currently possible: hot or cold chamber.

At FPT, a die-casting foundry in the Province of Brescia, we are equipped with a range of state-of-the-art machinery with presses from 200 to 800 tonnes, which guarantee products made to high quality standards. We perform strict controls to avoid errors or mismatches with your product specifications. The moulds are made with castings of aluminium, zamak and special alloys.
