Maximum attention to sustainability

At FPT - Fonderia Pressofusione Tapparo, we operate with real, concrete attention to the environmental, social and economic sustainability of our production processes. From an environmental point of view, our production processes (die casting) uses SECONDARY aluminium alloys, i.e. from remelting scrap metal. This allows us to avoid extracting PRIMARY raw material from a mine, which involves large energy expenditures and generates waste ('red mud') when transforming bauxite, the initial mineral, into alumina and then aluminium. Everything we emit at FPT Tapparo is authorised and subject to periodic checks by the relevant authorities. Our photovoltaic system further demonstrates our real commitment to the environment. Ten percent of our energy needs are generated using the Sun's energy. WE ONLY USE ELECTRICITY FROM RENEWABLE SOURCES
