We create die-cast products with EN AB 46100 aluminium castings and five different alloys with high aesthetic yield and remarkable anticorrosive properties.

Aluminium die casting

Aluminium die casting with us in the Province of Brescia is always preceded by a design phase in which you supply a mould design or rely on our technical office to produce one. At FPT - Fonderia Pressofusione Tapparo in Gavardo, we offer aluminium die casting using both these procedures, in order to provide you with personalised service.

Our careful and professional design office will also advise you and suggest changes and improvements to optimise final quality of your product. In order to start the actual processing, the moulds are tested with a pre-sampling procedure. This processing method enables all the necessary changes to be made before putting the moulds into production.

Casting

After the aluminium or alloys have been melted, we proceed with manual or automated processing to obtain the die casting.

The choice of one mode or the other depends on the specifications of the mould to be made. At the end of the injection phase in the presses, skilled workers also perform shearing to eliminate risers, which are subsequently used to produce other molten metal.
